Nouhoum was exceptional in terms of his knowledge, response, courtesy and affordable pricing. He was able to clean up and reconfigure the desktop and attempted to correct a Verizon FIOS problem with limited success through no fault of his. We had used another company to fix one of our office computers but it was still not working right. I called My Computer Wiz and explained the problem. Nouhoum came to our office, found the computer had a virus, and fixed it that same day. Now it is working great! We will not hesitate to call him again whenever we need computer help. I also have kept his number in case I have a problem with my computer at home. We highly recommend My Computer Wiz! Less

Excellent service.They helped me find a good POS system with all the features I needed. Installed the system and set up the terminals. They also procured the receipt printers and provided training for my staff at a way more competitive fee than the vendors. I was very satisfied with their work that I signed up for their business package which has been a tremendous cost saving move for me as I have had to call them back to sort out some kinks out of my VOIP service and the running and hosting of my business web site. I highly recommend them to any business especially start ups on a limited budget. These are definitely a team of professionals you want in your corner. Less

We had been trying to fix problems on our computer, but seemed to be unable to do so even under the warranty from Dell. Nouhoum was able to come to our home and straighten out our problem in a few hours. Thanks Nouhoum! Less

Called for service within 1 hour he was at my office at 4 o'clock. Took the computer, called with updates and questions and brought it back the next day. Charged 2 hours. Would highly recommand

Not knowing that much about computers, I was extremely nervous about calling a computer service when my computer got a major virus and shut down. My Computer Wiz came to my house promptly and my technician, Nouhoum, was extremely courteous, helpful, and knowledgable. He not only fixed my virus but also fixed my printer (which I had forgotten was broken when I called them), and downloaded a virus protection. He also gave advice on purchasing a new printer. He was very professional. I had used Best Buy in the past, but they were much more expensive and I had to carry my computer to them. Best Buy was also not very caring about my computer or my needs. I would definetely use My Computer Wiz in the future and have already recommended them to family and friends. I am keeping their business card taped to my computer screen just in case I ever need help again. They will be the first ones I call! Less

When I unpacked my computer only to discover it would no longer turn on, I needed it fixed and fast. Having seen a flyer at the Chinese restaurant for My Computer Wiz, I decided to give them a try. They came that evening and figured out that the movers had dropped the drive door inside the case, thereby rendering the inside of the on-button inoperable. They tried to gerry-rig it, but when that failed personally delivered a new case within a day and reduced the price on it. The alternative was waiting two weeks for shipping back and forth to Florida where my system was built. They were very knowledgeable, prompt, and caring. The technician even took extra time to come back a week later just to return my old CPU case, so I could have for it my claim against the movers. The new case actually belonged to the owner. My system's components would not fit in the case they had in stock, so he gave me his instead. Moreover, they let me borrow a laptop while the repair was completed, at no charge. Less

My experience with this company has been excellent. I have used them on more than one occasion and I originally called because they were cheaper than best-buy. The response time is very fast, very friendly individuals. They do not try to take advantage of the "computer-illiterate." The prices are reasonable for the services they performed.
